Abstract：Inordertofurtherrealizethetrainingoftop-notchinovativetalents，thispapersummarizestheachievementsof theconstructionoftheevaluationindexsystemoftalenttraininginthepast，andanalyzestheshortcomingsoftheevaluation methodsoftalenttraininginthepast.Thispaperputsforwardamulti-dimensionalevaluationmethodforthetrainingeffectof top-notchinnovativetalents，andestablishesadiferentiatedanalysisandevaluationmechanismandmodelfordiferenttalent trainingtypes.Theevaluationmechanismofcontinuousimprovementandpromotionfortheindependenttrainingoftop-notch inovativetalentshasbenconstructed，andadynamicevaluationandfedbackmethodbasedonprocessevaluationanalysishas been formed.Theresearchanddiscusionof thispapercan provide importantsupportfortheresearchonthemodeexploration andpracticeof theindependent trainingof top-notch innovativetalentsunderthesupportof first-classdisciplines.
