Abstract：Molecularbiologyisanimportantcourseinthefieldoflifesciences，whichhaswidelypenetratedintomedicine， biology，pharmacyagriculture，environment，foodandotherfields.Theteachingcontentofmolecularbiologycoursesisabstract， microscopic，anddifculttounderstand，mainlythroughasociations，images，animations，videos，etc.Atthesametime，the teachingcontentofthecoursehasmanyandsubtleknowledge points，fewclasshours，fewpractical classhours，andasingle asessentandevaluationmethod，whichseriouslyafectsstudents‘interestandenthusiasmforlearning.Toimprovetheteaching effectivenessandqualityofmolecularbiologycourses，wehavecarriedouteducationalandteachinginnovationreforms.The reformofmolecularbiologyeducationandteachingincludesintegratingideologicalandpoliticalelementsintoteachingcontent， supplementingandimprovingcuriculumteachingresources，increasingpracticalteachingcontentandplatforms，adoptingvarious teachingmethodsandapproaches，establishingdiversifedassessmentandevaluationmethods，andestablishingacomprehensive development system that focuses on students‘knowledge，literacy，and abilities.
