Abstract:Withthein-depthimplementationofthe"theBeltandRoad"initiative,itisanimportanttalentpooltocultivate internatinaltalentswithinternationalvision，scientificresearchandinnovation，andtheabiltytosolvecomplexenginring problems.Aimingattheproblemoftheoreticalandpracticaldisconectioninhecurrentinternationaltalentandoverseasstudent training,anewmodelforagiculturalwater-savingalenttraininghasbeniovated,withindependentresearchanddevelopent achievemntsandinternationalcoperationapplicationscenariosasthecore.Bytakingtheaplicationofself-developedwatersavingirigtionequipmentinthe"theBeltandRoad"countriesasateachingsystemcase，andthesuccesfulapplicationof advancedsprinkleririgationtechnologyinGhana’sagriculturebyforeignstudentsandothertypicalcases，itdemonstratesthat thismodelhasachievedremarkableresultsinimprovingtheprofesionaltechnologyinnovationabilityofforeignstudentsandthe abilityofinterationaltalentstosolveproblems，ndprovidesreferentialideasandplansforthereformoftheculivationmodel offoreign students in agricultural engineering in the new era.
