Abstract：Addressingisuessuchasthecontinuous expansionof postgraduateenrollmentandthe homogenizationof training betweenprofessonalandacademicmastersprograms，thisstudy-alignedwithemergingtrendsinthetransportationindustryunder newcircumstancesandleveragingHefei UniversityofTechnology'sTraffcNetworkOptimizationResearchGroup-conducted reformsadpracticalexplorationsforcultivatingProfesionalMastersinTransportationThesereforsestablishedideologicaland politicaleducationguidanceasthecornerstone，strengtheningfundamentalcompetenciesastheimplementationfocus，and practice-orientedevaluationasthestandardforasessingtrainingoutcomes.Firstarefomframeworkwasconstructed;second， implementationsafeguardswerediscussd;finalltheoutcomesofthereformsandpracticeswereanalyzed，folowedbyproposals forcontinuousimprovement.Thisprovidesapracticalcaseforachievingtheoverarchinggoalofcultivating"backboneand leadingtalentswithmoralintegrity，profesioalcompetence，andexceptionalcapabie，commitedtoservingthenation."
