Abstract:Inresponsetothechallngesofoutdatedteachingcontent,superficialindustryducationcolaboration,andweak technicalintegrationcapabilisamongstudentsintraditionalagriculturalpracticecuricula,thisstudysystematicalldesigsa = 3+1 -tier"coursestructurecomprising foundationalcore,practical,andadvancedextensiontiers,establishingagoal-driven teachingframework.Leveragingsocialpracticessuchasruralrevitalization-driventechnologyservicesand"technology demonstrationhubs",,themodelpromotesprecision-orientedcurrculumdevelopmentandconsructsdynamicallyupdatedmodular teachingresources.Simultaneously,itfacilitatesthetransfomationofresearchoutcomesintoteachingmaterials,buildingodular knowledgerepositoriesandinterdisciplinarycaselibrariestoformaself-reinforcingecosystemwhereresearchfedsteachigand teachingdrivesinnovation.Practicalevidencedemonstratesthatthismodelefectivelybridgesthe"theory-practice-iovation" cultivationchain,enhanesstudents‘abiltytosolvecomplexproblemsandtheirsystemicunderstandingofagiculturalidustries, offering a replicable reform paradigm for cultivating talent in agricultural modernization.
