Abstract：Adheringtothemissionofeducatingpeopleforthepartyandthecountry，andthefundamental taskof "cultivatingpeoplewithvirtue，withthepurposeof"cultivatinghigh-levelinnovativetalentswithfamilyandcountryfeelings， solidsubjectknowledge，andadaptingtoteraofartificialinteligence"，withtheconceptof"soidfoundation，strongpractice， andlivingpersonality"，andwiththemainlineof"sub-modulecurriculumsystem，innovativecompoundtalenttrainingand localizedecologicalconstruction，anewmodel，newpaternandnewecologyofinovativetalenttraininghavebeenconstructed andpracticed.Thispaperproposesthereformofthetalenttrainingmodeltomeetthedevelopmentnedsoftheartificial intelligence era，which can be replicated and promoted.
