Abstract：IntheneweraoftheHealthyChinastrategy，high-levelintegrationofmedicineandengineeringisaninevitable choiceforgraduate traininginmedicaldevicesandotherhealthfieldsofourcountry.Theimprovementofcomprehensive abilitiesandthequalityofacademicdisertationshighlydependsonthetrainingprocess，butnewchallngesareencountered. Startingfromtheanalysisofthecurentsituationand’problemsofgraduatetraininginbiomedicalenginering，thepractical dificultisinteclivationconcept，cultivationabilityandsupervisionesponsibilityintheframewrkofexcelentgaduate trainingandgrowthwasrevealedbytakingChongqingUniversityasanexample.Thetrainingphilosophyandpathof"leading andsupporting，planinganditerating，systematicandstandardized"weredesignedandimplementedfromtheaspectsofcross training programs，supervisorteams，processmanagement，andtrainingconditions.Theobtainedresultscanprovidereferenceand practical application experience for the cultivation of high-level composite talents.
