Abstract：Blended learningand O-PIRTASflippedclasroomare two hotresearch topics in teachingreformof universities. Inthispaper，wefirstlyanalysistheconnotationsandfeaturesoftwoaboveteachingmodels.Thenacordingtothe characteristicsofcoreprofessonalcoursesinmilitaryacademies，wepresentanewteachingmodelwhichhascombinedthe featuresofblendedlearningandO-PIRTASfippedclasroom.Withbeforeclassduringclassandafterclassoftheblended learning，thepresentedteaching modelusessevenaspectsofthe O-PIRTASflippedclasroom todesign teaching processand organizeearningactivity.Finaly，weselectthecourseof"OperationandControlofDieselPower Station"asaresearchcasefor teachingimplementation.Thepresented teachingmodelcanprovidefeasiblesolutionsfortheteachingreformofcoreprofssional courses in military academies.
