Abstract：Againstthebackdropof insuffientaggregatedemandinthecurrenteconomyandthemassexpansionof higher education，infrastructuredevelopmentholdsparticularimportance.Cultivatingengineringandappliedtalentsalignedwith industrialnedsisofsignfcantpracticalrelevane.Basedonthecharacterisicsofengineeingducationthisstudyfocuseon thesystematicevaluationofuniversity-enterprisecolaborativeeducationmechanismandproposestheevaluationmethodof engineeringappliedtalentcultivationmodebasedonfuzzytheory.Usingthefuzzycomprehensiveevaluationmethod，themodel achievesacomprehensivescoreof93.286points.Thestudyvalidatesthatestablishingawin-wincooperationmechanismbetween academicinstutionsandindustries，implementingenterprise-embeddedtrainingprograms，anddevelopingadual-teacherteam significantly enhance the holistic competency of engineering applied talents.
