Abstract:Amidthedualtrendsofquality-orientedtransformationinhighereducationandtheadvancementof educational digitalization,curiculumclusterconstructionhasbecomeakeypathwayforrestructuring profesionaleducationsystemsand inovatingtalentcultivationmodels.Thisstudyfocusesonthelogisticsmanagementmajorinbusiness-orienteduniversities. Groundedintheoutcomes-basededucationphilosophyandcuriculumsystemintegrationtheory,itdevelopsandimplementsa three-tiercurcstructure("basicxteded"),edmesioalmaingframewok(ompetencotet-vue")d a"project-driven + module-cordinated" teaching mechanism.Drawing on two rounds of instructional reform and supported by teachingplatformbehaviordata,surveys,andinterviews,thestudyempiricallvalidatestheeffectivenessofthismodelin clarifyingcompetencedevelopmentpathways,enhancingcoursecoordinationmechanisms,andintegratingvalue-basededucation. Thefindingssuggestthatcompetence-orientedcurrculumclusterdesignnotonlycontributestothestructuralreconstructionof teachingandaessmentbutalsoprovidesatransferabletheoreticalframeworkandpracticalparadigmforthereformofpracticeoriented programs in business education contexts.
