Abstract:Amidthedualtrendsofquality-orientedtransformationinhighereducationandtheadvancementof educational digitalization，curiculumclusterconstructionhasbecomeakeypathwayforrestructuring profesionaleducationsystemsand inovatingtalentcultivationmodels.Thisstudyfocusesonthelogisticsmanagementmajorinbusiness-orienteduniversities. Groundedintheoutcomes-basededucationphilosophyandcuriculumsystemintegrationtheory，itdevelopsandimplementsa three-tiercurcstructure("basicxteded")，edmesioalmaingframewok(ompetencotet-vue")d a"project-driven + module-cordinated" teaching mechanism.Drawing on two rounds of instructional reform and supported by teachingplatformbehaviordata，surveys，andinterviews，thestudyempiricallvalidatestheeffectivenessofthismodelin clarifyingcompetencedevelopmentpathways，enhancingcoursecoordinationmechanisms，andintegratingvalue-basededucation. Thefindingssuggestthatcompetence-orientedcurrculumclusterdesignnotonlycontributestothestructuralreconstructionof teachingandaessmentbutalsoprovidesatransferabletheoreticalframeworkandpracticalparadigmforthereformofpracticeoriented programs in business education contexts.
