Abstract:Giventheproblemof diferentlevelsof graduatestudentqualityinrecentyears,thisstudyproposedthatafterthe graduatestudentspasedthere-examinationandwereformallyadmittedbytheschool,thetutorsshouldorganizethetestingand examinationoftheprofesionalknowledgeofcropscience(theoryandpractice)andthepublicbackgroundelementaryknowledge (foreignlanguagelevel,computerlevel,laboratoryroutineoperationabilityetc.)Thegraduatestudentsaredividedintofour diferent evels(oneisthattheprofesioalfoundationandpublicbackgroundelementaryknowledgearegood,theotheristhat theprofesionalfoundationisgood,butthepublicbackgroundelementaryknowledgeisporthethirdisthattheprofssional foundationispoor,butthepublicbackgroundelementaryknowledgeisgood,andthefourthisthatbotharepor,andthen accordingtothelevelofstudents,diferenttrainingbjectivesareformulated,totakediferenttrainingmeasures,aimingat improvingthequalityofgraduatetrainingthroughpersonalizedtrainingstrategies.Thispaperdescribesthespecificprocessof layeredcultureindetailandanalyzestheimplementationefectoflayeredculturemode.Theresultsshowthatthismodel effectivelyimprovesstudentsacademicperformance,practicalabityandinnovativespirit,andotainspositivefeedbackfrom studentsandteachers.Thehierarchicaltrainingmodelhasprovedtobeefectiveonthewhole.Theresultsofthisstudycan provideareferencefortheoptimizationoftheculivationmodelofcropsciencegraduatestudentsunderthebackgroundof student diversity.
