Abstract：Giventheproblemof diferentlevelsof graduatestudentqualityinrecentyears，thisstudyproposedthatafterthe graduatestudentspasedthere-examinationandwereformallyadmittedbytheschool，thetutorsshouldorganizethetestingand examinationoftheprofesionalknowledgeofcropscience（theoryandpractice）andthepublicbackgroundelementaryknowledge （foreignlanguagelevel，computerlevel，laboratoryroutineoperationabilityetc.）Thegraduatestudentsaredividedintofour diferent evels（oneisthattheprofesioalfoundationandpublicbackgroundelementaryknowledgearegood，theotheristhat theprofesionalfoundationisgood，butthepublicbackgroundelementaryknowledgeisporthethirdisthattheprofssional foundationispoor，butthepublicbackgroundelementaryknowledgeisgood，andthefourthisthatbotharepor，andthen accordingtothelevelofstudents，diferenttrainingbjectivesareformulated，totakediferenttrainingmeasures，aimingat improvingthequalityofgraduatetrainingthroughpersonalizedtrainingstrategies.Thispaperdescribesthespecificprocessof layeredcultureindetailandanalyzestheimplementationefectoflayeredculturemode.Theresultsshowthatthismodel effectivelyimprovesstudentsacademicperformance，practicalabityandinnovativespirit，andotainspositivefeedbackfrom studentsandteachers.Thehierarchicaltrainingmodelhasprovedtobeefectiveonthewhole.Theresultsofthisstudycan provideareferencefortheoptimizationoftheculivationmodelofcropsciencegraduatestudentsunderthebackgroundof student diversity.
