Abstract:Semiconductor PhysicsExperimentisacompulsorypracticalcourseformicroelectronicsmajorsinuniversities,and thiscourseservesasatransitionalbridgebetweensemiconductortheoreticalcoursesandcomprehensivepracticalcourses.Based onthesmartplatform,theteachingmethodandprocessevaluationsystemsuitablefor"semiconductorphysicsexperiment"are constructed.Accordingtothecharacteristicsof experimentalcourse,theteaching modecovers MOOC leaming,preview evaluation, experimentalprocssesignclassrointeractionexperimentaloperationdataprocesing,experimentaleviewandrfletion questionanswering.Students'enthusiasmandinitiativewasenhanced,scientificliteracyandpracticalabilitywascultivated throughthereformofteachingprocessandevaluationmethodsTeachingeffectofprofessionalexperimentalcoursesandtraining quality was elevated.
