Abstract：In thenew era，the"14thFive-YearPlan"andthe"doublecarbon"goalhavebroughtnewrequirementsand challengestothetalenttrainingsystemofengineeringhighereducationinourcountry.Thenewrequirementsforinovative talenttrainingmainlyincludeinterdisciplinarytraining，cultivationofinnovativethinking，andenhancementofpracticalabilities. Thispaperfirstpointsouttheproblemsinthecurenttalenttrainingsystemofenginering disciplinesinuniversities，suchas singleteachingcontents，insuficientintegrationofdisciplines，traditionalteachingmethods，andsuperficialpracticaltraiing. Basedothis，specificstrategiesareproposed，ncludingstrengtheningeducationalinnovation，optimizingtrainingprograms， enhancingtheconstructionofcharacterisicinterdisciplinarysubjects，anddepeningtheintegrationofindustryandeducationin order to cope with the challenges of the new era.
