融合工科专业特色的思想政治教育方法与途径

Abstract：Theideologicalandpoliticaleducationinengineeringmajorsisexpectedtobeimplementedbasedonthe characteristicsoftheengineeringeducation.Theleadingroleofsocialvaluesshouldbecontinuouslyconsolidated.Tetimes characteristicsoftalentcultivationshouldbeemphasized.Thephycologicalcharacteristicsofcurentundergraduatestudentsshould besystematicallyanalyzed.Amulti-dimensionaleducationalschemeshouldbedesigned.Theseprovideasoundsupportfor designingefectiveworkingmethods.Theeficacyoftheideologicalandpoliticaleducationshouldbeconvertedintotheprimary drivingelementsforimprovementofprofessoalcapabilities.Theprofessonalabilitytraining，laboreducation，andasthetic educatioshouldbeguidedbythepartyconstructionwork.Comprehensivedevelopmentofthestudentsisefectivelyasistedby theindustryducationintegation.Importantelementssuchastheprofesioalinterests，ngineringconsiousss，valuesand career planning are systematically merged into the whole process of talent cultivation.
