Abstract：Scientificallycombinginformationtechnologyandeducationevaluation，theteachingresultsevaluationfor Elementary Mechanics was studied under the "Internet + "background. The aim was the problem-solve ability trainingfor studentsbasedonoutcomebasededucation（OBE）.Diversifiedevaluationsubjectsweresuggested.Takingallaspectsofeducation astheevaluationcontent，ateachingresultsevaluation framework hasbeenconstructedconsidering thecombinationofformative andfinalevaluationtorealizedata-drivenlearningprocessmanagementformechanicalcourses．Therefore，thepurposeof encouraging students to take active learning and self-management could be achieved at last.
