Abstract：UndertheEmergingEngineeingEducation（3E）initiatie，artificialinteligence（AI）isnotonlyintegratedasa technologicaltolintoeducationalprocesssbutalsodrivescomprehensiveinnovationinpedagogicalphilosopies，teaching models，andtalentcultivation paradigms.ThisstudyexploresAI-empowerednovelparadigmsandreformpathwaysforengieering educatioinhigherinstutions，aimingtoprovidereferencesforthedigitaltransformationofengineringeducationTestudy sekstocultivatehigh-caliberengineeringtalentsthatmeetcontemporarydemandsandenhancethenation'scorecompetiveness inglobaltechologicalompeitio.Byanalyinghelimitationsoftraditioalengineengeducation，thisesearchinvtigatese evolvingcompetencyrequirementsdrivenbyinteligenttechnologiesandelaboratesonfourcoredimensionsofAI-enabled educationalparadigms.Furthermoretheresearchproposesactionablestrategiestoaddresspracticalchallngesandsystemic bariers.Throughin-depthdiscussionsofthesecriticalissues，thisstudyofersvaluableinsightsandactionablerecomendations toadvance the reform and development of engineering education in China.
