Abstract:UndertheEmergingEngineeingEducation(3E)initiatie,artificialinteligence(AI)isnotonlyintegratedasa technologicaltolintoeducationalprocesssbutalsodrivescomprehensiveinnovationinpedagogicalphilosopies,teaching models,andtalentcultivation paradigms.ThisstudyexploresAI-empowerednovelparadigmsandreformpathwaysforengieering educatioinhigherinstutions,aimingtoprovidereferencesforthedigitaltransformationofengineringeducationTestudy sekstocultivatehigh-caliberengineeringtalentsthatmeetcontemporarydemandsandenhancethenation'scorecompetiveness inglobaltechologicalompeitio.Byanalyinghelimitationsoftraditioalengineengeducation,thisesearchinvtigatese evolvingcompetencyrequirementsdrivenbyinteligenttechnologiesandelaboratesonfourcoredimensionsofAI-enabled educationalparadigms.Furthermoretheresearchproposesactionablestrategiestoaddresspracticalchallngesandsystemic bariers.Throughin-depthdiscussionsofthesecriticalissues,thisstudyofersvaluableinsightsandactionablerecomendations toadvance the reform and development of engineering education in China.
