Abstract：Thedevelopmentofscientificresearchisasystematicproject.Using systematicthinking topromotethe developmentofscientificresearchinhighervocationalcolegeshasimportantvalueimplicationsforpromotingthehigh-quality developmentof teachers，improvingtheoverallqualityof managementcadresandcreatingagodcampusculturalecology.With thefurtheradvancementofvocationaleducationscientificresearchanddevelopmentscholsthatlacksystematicthinkingarealso facedwithmanydificultiessuchasfigtingforthemselves，positioningdeviation，andineficientmanagement.Therefore，focusing onsystemthinking，weshouldstrengthentheconstructionofscientificresearchteam，payatentiontothetransformationof results，carryoutorganizedscientificresearch，andformasetofscientificresearchoperationmechanismwithdistinctive characteristics，reasonable structure and' superior function.
