Abstract：Laboratoryisanimpoitantplatformandcarrerfortheconstructionofahigh-leveluniversity，whichisofgreat significanetotheschol'seducation，teaching，developmentofacademicsubjectandscientificresearch.Withtherapid developmentofteachingandscientificresearchinChinesecolegesanduniversities，laboratoriesaredevelopinginto comprehensiveteachingandcientificresearchbasesoftechnology，knowledgeandequipment-intensive，whichisthebasic guaranteeforthenormaloperationofteachingandscienticresearchincollgesanduniversities.Accordingtotheteaching characteristicsandpracticalabilitytrainingrequirementsofappliedtechnologyundergraduate，thispaperdiscusesthecostruction andpracticeoftheexperimentalteachingcenterofappliedtechnologyundergraduateeducationthroughtheexampleofthe IntellgentManufacturingandControlEngineeringexperimentalteachingCenterofShandongInstuteofPetroleumandChemical Technology.
