Abstract:Facingglobalchallengessuchasclimatechange,environmental polution,andresourcescarcity,thedisciplineof ecologyandenvironmental scienceservesasacrucial bridgeconnectingnatural sciences,socialsciences,andenginering technology.Itsdevelopmentcanprovideabasisforformulatingscienticandreasonableenvironmentalprotectionpoliciesand sustainabldevelopmentstrategies.Thisarticlefocusesonthecultivationofinterdisciplinarytalentsinthefeldofecolgical environment,discussescurntchallngesincludingthescarcityofig-leveltalent,theinadequateinterdiscipliarycooratin mechanisms,theunevendistributionofeducationalresources,andtheoutdatedcuriculumandteachingmethods.This paper deeplyanalyzesthecurrentsituationandproposestargetedexploratorydirections,aimingtoprovideusefulreferencesfor improvingthequalityoftalentcultivationinthisfieldandpromotingthedevelopmentofinterdisciplinarytalentsinthefieldof ecological environment,thereby advancing the implementation of national sustainable development strategies.
