Abstract:Thispaperaimstoconstructaprogressiveandstratifiedundergraduatetutorialsystemmodelfeaturing"projectdriven + competition -led + thesis-oriented",with the goal of improving thescientific research and innovation capabilities of undergraduatesmajoringinagricultureandforestry.TakingundergraduatesofagricultureandforestrymajorsattheTropicalCrop ColegefYunanAgriculturalUniversityastheresearchobjects,thepaperconductsoverallplaningandpracticalexplorationon thecultivationofsudets‘inovativecapabilitiesthroughoutteirfouryearuniversitytudyforlower-gradestudents,te"project driven + competition-led"orientationisadoptedtocultivatetheirinnovativeawarenessandstrengthentheirscientificresearch skills;for upper-grade students,the "competition-led + thesis-oriented" drive is implemented to refine innovative achievements and enhancetheirfurterstudycapabilities.Thistrainingmodelprovidesanefectivesolutiontotheproblemsexistinginthetutorial system and offers new ideas for cultivating talents with scientific research and innovation abilities.
