“情报指挥行动一体化”背景下公安情报专业教学模式创新研究

Abstract：Researchingthepublicsecurityintelligenceteachingmodelunderthe"Integrationof Intellgence，Commandand Operation"frameworkhelpsenhancethecompetenceofpublicsecurityinteligencepersonnelandtheteachingqualityofrelevant courses.Throughin-depthfieldresearchatpublicsecurityfrontlinedepartmentsandinterviewswithundergraduateandgraduate studentsatpublicsecurityacademies，andguidedbysystemtheory，thisstudycombinesliteratureandsurveyresearchmethods.It aimstooutlineeemandsofte"InteationofIntellgence，CommadndOperation"ontepublicsecurityintellgeneteacing model，identifyexistingpoblems，andproposeoptimizationpathsbasedoncurrntteachingresourcesandconditions.Teut teachingmodelhasproblemssuchasdificultteachingmoduletransformation，teachingcontentdisconnectedfromjobrequirements， non-prominentcombat-orientedteachingcontent，andlimitedteachingresources.Thesecanbesolvedbyoptimizingteaching arrangementsandcoursecontent，andstrengtheningthejointtalentcultivationmechanismetweenshools，ureaus，andterrises.

2022年，公安部提出“大力推进情报、指挥、行动一体化和市县公安机关扁平化、实战化、合成化运行机制改革"，2024年全国公安厅局长会议强调，必须坚持系统观念，以“情指行”一体化运行机制为牵引，加快构建新型警务运行机制，推动形成维护安全稳定的最大合力。（剩余5798字）
