Abstract：Currently，graduatesfacingemployment dificulties incollgesanduniversitiesfrequentlyexperiencepsychological problemsduringtheemploymentproces，mainlyincludingnegativeandinferioratitudestowardsemployment，dificultyinmaking choices，anxietyandimpatience，avoidanceofdependence，andconformityandcomparison.Thispaperappiespositivepsychology toempowergraduateswithemploymentdificultiesthroughmultiplesubjects，promotingtheirdevelopmentofpositiveemployment concepts，cultivatingtheiremploymentresilience，enhancingtheirpsychologicalqualities，andimprovingtheirresilienceto setbacks.Itcanaleviateemploymentpsychologicalproblemsthroughscientificandefectivechannels，andachievethegoalof smooth employment and higher quality employment.
