Abstract:Currently,graduatesfacingemployment dificulties incollgesanduniversitiesfrequentlyexperiencepsychological problemsduringtheemploymentproces,mainlyincludingnegativeandinferioratitudestowardsemployment,dificultyinmaking choices,anxietyandimpatience,avoidanceofdependence,andconformityandcomparison.Thispaperappiespositivepsychology toempowergraduateswithemploymentdificultiesthroughmultiplesubjects,promotingtheirdevelopmentofpositiveemployment concepts,cultivatingtheiremploymentresilience,enhancingtheirpsychologicalqualities,andimprovingtheirresilienceto setbacks.Itcanaleviateemploymentpsychologicalproblemsthroughscientificandefectivechannels,andachievethegoalof smooth employment and higher quality employment.
