Abstract:Intheeraofpopularizationofhighereducation,itisnecesarytostrengthenthecultivationofteachers‘teaching abilitytoimprovethestructuralqualityofhigherducation,andconstructivistepistemologyandthe"fivearts"perspectiveplay animportantleadingroleinit.Therefore,thisstudydesignedaquestionnairewithteachersfrom8universitiesinNanjing, JiangsuProvince,toexploretheinfluencingfactorsofteachersteachingabilityfromthethreelevelsofindividual,scholand society,andempiricallevaluatedteachers‘teachingperformancebycombiningthetheoryofconstructivismandtheperspectieof "fiveskill"ducationTeresultsshowthat:Firstindividualsholandsocialfactorshaveasignificantimpactoteachs teachingabilitySecond,thedevelopmentofteachers'teachingabilityisconducivetoimprovingteachingperformance.Tirdly, undertheteachingmodeofintegratingconstructivismand"fiveskils",theroleofteachersteachingabilityinimprovingwork performance will be strengthened.
