过程性评价教学模式探索
——以培训与开发课程为例

Abstract:Process-basedassessmentfocuses onstudentdevelopmentandemphasizes the teaching processexperience,which helpstoovercomethedrawbacksoftraditionalsummativeevaluationthatignorestheprocessInordertobetterutilizethe nurturingvalueof process-basedasessment,thispaperelaboratesonthecharacteristicsandvalueofprocess-basedssment, andsummarizesthedilemmasfacedbyprocessbasedasssentintheprocessofimplementation:lowaccuracyofevaluation results,heavyworkloadintheevaluationprocess,lowmotivationofthesubjectofevaluation,andthelackofstudents independentevaluationability.Onthisbasis,taking TrainingandDevelopmentCourseasanexample,withlearningpsychology andBloom'staxonomyasthetheoreticalbasis,andusingtheexpertinterviewmethod,literatureanalysismethodandresearch method,aprocess-basedasesmentshemeontainingoptimizationoftheteachingobjectives,improvementoftheevaluation method,adoptionofmultisubjectevaluation,andcontinualimprovementoftheevaluationschemeisdesigned,andthe correspondingsafeguardconditionsareputforward.Theprogramproposedinthispaperisnotonlyapplicabletotrainingand development,but also has reference value for other courses with similar course attributes.
