Abstract：Inresponsetothecurrentbackgroundofthedevelopmentofculturaltourismindustry，tourismtalents，asan importantcornerstonetopromotethedevelopmentoftheindustry，theirabilitytoinnovate，startabusinessandcreateideasis directlyrelatedtothedrivingforceofindustrialintegrationanddevelopment.Inviewoftheproblemsthatthetrainingmodeof postgraduatesmajoringintourismmanagementissimilartothatofacademicpostgraduates，thediversityofstudents‘profssional backgroud，andthelackofstudentsparticipationandinvestment，anewtrainingmodeofpracticalinovationabilityfor postgraduatesmajoringitourismmanagementwasproposed.Thismodeatachesimportancetothecharacteristicsofagricultural andforestrycollgesanduniversis.Thepurposeistocultivatehigh-levelapliedtalentswithmulti-feldknowledge， interdisciplinarybackground，innovation，creativityandentrepreneurship，andtourismprofesionalethics，whichcanette nedsoftourisminthenewera.Thistalenttraining modewillhavealong-termandprofoundimpactonthetalentsuppy-side reformof the integrated development of cultural tourism industry.
