Abstract:Thispaperaimstoexplorethecurrentimplementationstatus,practicaldificulties,andcopingstrategiesof undergraduatementorshipsystemforcultivatinginnovativetalents.Thestudyusedacombinationofliteratureresearchand questionnairesurveymethodstoconductanin-depthanalysisofthepracticalmodelofthementorshipsystemindomestic universities.Theresultsshowthatthecurentmentorshipsysteminuniversitieshasachievedpositiveresultsinexploring personalizedprofesionalmodels,drawingondomesticandforeignexperience,diversifyingpracticalmodels,andoptimizing systematicreforms,efectivelypromotingtheimprovementofthequalityofinnovativetalentcultivation.Butatthesaetime,it alsofacesproblemssuchasisufientgidityininstitutionalimplementationinsufcientpersonalizedudance,lmitedteachr studentinteraction,andlackofassessmentandincentivemechanisms.Theresearchconclusionpointsoutthatoptimizingthe mentorshipsystemrequiresstrategiessuchaspolicyinnovationtalentiovationfinancialsupport,technologicaliovationand improvementofasessmentmechanisms tosystematicallyenhancetheimplementation efectivenessof thementorshipsystem.
