Abstract：Withthegradualdeepeningofideologicalandpoliticaleducation，theintegrationofideologicalandpolitical educationintograduateprofesionalcourseshasbecomeoneofthekeyconsiderationsinhighereducation.Thecompetency modelofmilitarygraduatestudentshasspecificrequirementsintermsofpolicalliteracyprofessonallieracyprossional literacy，andotheraspects，whichhasguidingsignificanceintheconstructionofprofesionalcourses.Takingthecourse "ArtificialNeuralNetworksandApplications”forinformationandcommunicationengineringstudentsasanexample，thispaper introduces theexplorationof ideologicalandpolitical practiceingraduateprofesionalcoursesguidedbycompetencymodels.
