新时代高校党建工作标杆院系创建的理论与实践

——浙江金融职业学院金融管理学院党总支的建设案例

Abstract：Withthegoalof"fiveinplace"intheconstructionofbenchmarkinginstitutionsforPartybuildingwork，the GeneralPartyBranchoftheScholofFinancialManagementconductedtheoreticalandpracticalexplorationcombinedwiththe characteristicsoftheGeneralPartyBranch'sownpartybuildingwork，andconstructedthecreationsystemof"14568"，providing ideologicalguidance，basicprinciples，creationpath，contentandcarierfortheestablishmentofhigh-qualitybenchmarking institutions for Party building work，and achieved ideal construction results.

为全面贯彻落实习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想，坚持和加强党对高校的全面领导，更好推动全面从严治党向高校基层党组织延伸，落实立德树人根本任务，培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义合格建设者和可靠接班人，根据《中共教育部党组关于高校党组织“对标争先”建设计划的实施意见》（教党[2018]25号）精神，浙江金融职业学院金融管理学院党总支紧紧围绕高校二级院系党组织党建工作标杆院系“五个到位"的创建目标，构建了“14568”党建标杆院系的创建体系，取得了较好的建设成效，并于2023年通过建设终期验收。（剩余6604字）
