Abstract:Againstthebackdropofthecontinuousadvancementofhighereducationreformandtheconstructionofnew liberalartsinthenewera,theculivationofgraduatestudentsinlandresourcesmanagement,asaninterdisciplinaryfieldis facingmoreseverechalengesandhigherrequirements.Basedonthecurrentsituationofdiversifieddisciplinesanddiverse studentbackgroundsinthefieldoflandresourcemanagement,thisarticleproposedthattheinnovationofinterdisciplinarytalent cultivationmodeisaninevitablemeasuretomeetthenedsofthetimesandsocietyandanecessarychoicetobreakthrough thebotleneckofcrossdisciplinarytalentcultivation.Anditproposedtostrengthntheguidanceofconceptsenhancestudents inititieininterdisciplinarycourselearning,integrateeducationalandteachingresources,provideguaranteesforstudentsto receiveiterdisciplinaryandintegratededucationstablishaprofessonalfeedbackmechanism,andcreateaniovativepractical designsystemforthecomprehensiveinterdisciplinarytalenttrainingmodelthatconnectsfedbackchannelsforinterdisciplinary training.
