交叉学科人才培养模式创新研究

——以土地资源管理专业为例

Abstract：Againstthebackdropofthecontinuousadvancementofhighereducationreformandtheconstructionofnew liberalartsinthenewera，theculivationofgraduatestudentsinlandresourcesmanagement，asaninterdisciplinaryfieldis facingmoreseverechalengesandhigherrequirements.Basedonthecurrentsituationofdiversifieddisciplinesanddiverse studentbackgroundsinthefieldoflandresourcemanagement，thisarticleproposedthattheinnovationofinterdisciplinarytalent cultivationmodeisaninevitablemeasuretomeetthenedsofthetimesandsocietyandanecessarychoicetobreakthrough thebotleneckofcrossdisciplinarytalentcultivation.Anditproposedtostrengthntheguidanceofconceptsenhancestudents inititieininterdisciplinarycourselearning，integrateeducationalandteachingresources，provideguaranteesforstudentsto receiveiterdisciplinaryandintegratededucationstablishaprofessonalfeedbackmechanism，andcreateaniovativepractical designsystemforthecomprehensiveinterdisciplinarytalenttrainingmodelthatconnectsfedbackchannelsforinterdisciplinary training.
