低空经济视域下交通运输拔尖创新人才培养改革研究

Abstract：With thedeepeningof low-altitudeairspace management reformandtherapid development ofnew formatssuch asUAVlogisticsandurbanairtraffc（UAM），thetrainingoftraditionaltransportationtalentsisfacedwithoutstandingproblems suchaslackofairspacecognitionandlackofmulti-modalcoordinationability，whichleadstothelackofstaminaintalent reserveforthesustainabledevelopmentofnewtransportationindustryunderlow-altitudeeconomy.Byconstructingatalent trainingmodelof"airground-signal"deepintegration，thispaperproposesiovativepathssuchastree-dimensionalcucuum systemreconstruction，virtualandrealcolaborativetrainingplatformconstruction，andairworthinesscertificationointed evaluationreform.Finally，thefeasibilityandefectivenessofthereformpathareverifiedbythecasesofShanghaiUniversityof EngineringandTechnologyandHunanWeilanAviationSchool.Thisstudycanprovidetheoreticalsupportforfectively improving the quality of top-notch innovative talents in transportation.
