Abstract：Thisstudyisbasedonasystematicliteraturereviewofentrepreneurshipeducationforfemalecollgestudentsand investigatestwofemaleinovationandentrepreneurshipgrowthtrainingcampsconductedbyacertainuniversityfrom2022to 2024.Theresearch sampleincludes443female studentsfrom32universitiesacross theGuangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater BayArea.Usingquestionnairesandin-depthinterviews，thestudyexploresthecurrentstatusandneesoffemalestudentsin inovatioandentrepreneuship.Findingsrevealthreemajorchalenges：insuffcientpersonalizedtraining，agapbetweentheoy andpractice，andinadequateresourcesupport.Inesponse，thestudyproposesa"Trinity"strategyforentrepreneurshipeducatio： profesionaldevelopmenttoenablediferentiatedandpersonalizedtraining，socializedservicestobridgetheoryandpractice，and market-orentedoperationstointegratediverseresoucesandprovidesystematicsupport.Thisresearchoferspracticalinsightsfor enhancing innovation and entrepreneurship education for women in higher education institutions.
