机械类专业学生创新创业能力培养体系重构研究与实践

Abstract：Thisstudytakesthe"onebody，twowings”governancestructureof NingxiaUniversityasthebackground， analyzesthecurentsituationandlimitingfactorsofinovationandentrepreneurshipabilityofmechanicalmajorstudents，and exploresthewaysforuniversitiestocultivateinovationandentrepreneurshipabilityofmechanicalmajorstudentsunderthe backgroundofnewengineringdisciplines.Byimproving talenttrainingprograms，constructingacomprehensivetrainingsystem thatintegrates"innovativeeducation + professional education + innovative practice"，and exploring the innovation and entrepreneurshipeducationmodelfromtheperspectiveof"comprehensiveeducation"，apathforinnovationandentrepreneurship educationthatcombineslocalindustrialnedshasbeenproposed.Theresearchresultsindicatethatthesystemffectively enhancesstudents’innovationandentrepreneurshipabilitiesandemploymentcompetitivenessprovidingreferenceforiovation and entrepreneurship education in mechanical majors in universities in Ningxia region.
