Abstract：Schol-enterprisecollaborativecultivationofapliedgraduatestudentsisafocusofgraduateeducationatpresent， andmanyexplorationshave bencariedoutonthisathomeandabroad.Chinahasalsomadecleartheimportanceof cultivatinginnovativetalents，andtakenthisasoneofthecoreobjectivesofChinaseducationalrefomanddevelopment.This paperdeeplyanalyzestheproblemsofthecurentuniversity-enterprisejointcultivationmode，combinestheseproblems，and obtainsthenewthree-yearprofesionaldegreestudentsbyoptimizingthecultivationprogrammeandintegratingthecuriulum system，perfectingthedualtutorsystemtoachieveintegratedculivation，perfectingtheproject-basedpracticalteaching， improvingtheabilityofengineringpracticalteaching，andrefomingtheevaluationsystemofgraduatestudentsinfiveaspects. Theuniversity-enterprisejointcultivationmodeisapliedtovehicleengineringpostgraduates，andcertainresultshaveben achieved，anditisbelievedthatthiscultivationmodecanimprovestudentsscientificresearchabilityandpracticalability exercisetheirinnovativethinking，andatthesametime，makethembeteradapttotheneedsofenterprisesandconformtothe needs of the society and the country.
