Abstract:Foodindustryisapilarindustryofthenationaleconomyandabasicindustrytoensurepeople'slivelihood. Currentlyitisnaiticalstageofdepeningsuplyidestructuralefoandtrafoationandpgdinanditisgent nedofindustrialdevelopmenttalentstosupportandpromotethehigh-qualitydevelopmentoffoodindustry.Thetaenttrainng orientationoflocalbackbonundergraduatecollgesismainlytoservethedevelopmentofregionalfodindustrywhichdsto focusonthedevelopmentneedsofregionalfodindustryandprovidetalentsupportforthetransformationandupgradingof regionalfoodindustry.Therefore,thispaperhasestablishedanovelfoodengineringtalenttrainingmodelwithdeepeducation integrationofscienceandtechnologyandindustryfromtheaspectsoftalenttrainingobjectives,theconstructionofeducation system,terefomofcurriculumsystem,theconstructionofteachingresources,andthecontinuousimprovementsystembasedon thecultivationoffoodtalentsinlocalundergraduatecollges.Theimplementationofthistalenttrainingmodelcouldacurately serveregionaleconomicconstruction,providetalentsupportforthehigh-qualitydevelopmentoftheregionalfodindustry,and provideinspirationandreferenceforlocalundergraduateuniversities todeepen thecomprehensivereformoffood majors.
