Abstract：Foodindustryisapilarindustryofthenationaleconomyandabasicindustrytoensurepeople'slivelihood. Currentlyitisnaiticalstageofdepeningsuplyidestructuralefoandtrafoationandpgdinanditisgent nedofindustrialdevelopmenttalentstosupportandpromotethehigh-qualitydevelopmentoffoodindustry.Thetaenttrainng orientationoflocalbackbonundergraduatecollgesismainlytoservethedevelopmentofregionalfodindustrywhichdsto focusonthedevelopmentneedsofregionalfodindustryandprovidetalentsupportforthetransformationandupgradingof regionalfoodindustry.Therefore，thispaperhasestablishedanovelfoodengineringtalenttrainingmodelwithdeepeducation integrationofscienceandtechnologyandindustryfromtheaspectsoftalenttrainingobjectives，theconstructionofeducation system，terefomofcurriculumsystem，theconstructionofteachingresources，andthecontinuousimprovementsystembasedon thecultivationoffoodtalentsinlocalundergraduatecollges.Theimplementationofthistalenttrainingmodelcouldacurately serveregionaleconomicconstruction，providetalentsupportforthehigh-qualitydevelopmentoftheregionalfodindustry，and provideinspirationandreferenceforlocalundergraduateuniversities todeepen thecomprehensivereformoffood majors.
