Abstract：Tocarryoutthefundamentaltaskof building moralityandcultivating talents，wemustintegratevalueshaping， knowledgeimpartingandabilitytraining.Inviewofthelackofstudents’learinginterestandmotivationintheteachingprocess ofSignalandSystemcourse，thispaperproposesthatthecuriculumideologyandpoliticshelptalentstraining，andcariesout theinovativeexplorationandpracticeofteachinginthetrinitytrainingmodeof"buildingasolidfoundation，improvingability andstrengtheninginnovation”undertheconstructionofnewenginering.Throughtheeducationofaspirationsandmisions，the effectiveinputofnewtechnologiesandothermeasuresandwaystostimulatestudentsenthusiasmforlearningandinterestin innovationandexploration，gudingthephilosophyoflifeandvaluesinclassoomteaching，inscientificresearchandeginring technologyinnovation，toachieveasolidtheoreticalfoundation，engineringaplicationandiovationabilityofstrongtalent training goals.
