Abstract：Withtherapiddevelopmentofnewengineringdisciplines，thedemandforeducatingtalentsisgetinghigherand higher.Towardstheteachingbotleneckofthediffcultiesinteachingandleaming，anexploratoryrefominmixedonlinand oflieteachingwithadvancedcapabilitiesiscarredout.Acourseteachingsystemaimedatachievingthegoaloftalent developmentwith"fourqualitiesandonedegree"isdesigned.Itissupportedbyrestructuringandoptimizingteachingmaterials， buildingarichcurrculumresourcelibraryandusingaprocess-orientedmultidimensionalassessmentmethodasanevaluation tool.Thisreformhasachievedremarkableresultsthroughpractice，whichnotonlyimprovestheteachingquality，butalso providesvaluable new ideas for constructing Digital Signal Processng coursesunderthe backgroundof the new era.
