Abstract：Colegemathematicscoursesareimportantandfoundationalforundergraduatestudentsinuniversities.Theyplaya crucialroleinultivatingstudentsinovationability.Facingthecurentproblemsanddiicultiesincollegemathematisteaching andbasedontheobjectiveofcultivatingundergraduates‘innovationabilitythispaperproposesanewcollgemathematics teaching system.Itiscomposedoffour modules，namely，"onebodyand twowings”curiculumsystem，"3-ordermatrix"teaching mode，"space-timedimension"learningsupportand"dynamicincentive"evaluationmechanism.Besides，takingOceanUniversity ofChinaasanexample，aseriesof specificmeasuresof practicingthisteachingsystemareelaborated.Finall，thispaper demonstratessomepreliminaryachievementsofthereformfromthreeaspects：teacherteam，studenttrainingandsocialresponse， with a view of providing meaningful reference and guidance for other universities.
