Abstract：Underthedualeducationalbackgroundof improvingcollgecurriculumideological-politicsandpracticalteaching inovation，basedonecoectprofesioalideologial-oliticalvaluesinengineeingfieldandpractical-iovativebility takingtheteachingmodeofHydrologyPrinciplesascorecoursesforhydraulicenginering majorsforexample，thispaperput forwardheteachingreforideasofideological-politicalknowledgemoduleofprofessionalcuriculumandtheimprovementof engineringpracticeinnovationabilityfromthreeaspects：knowledgemodule，ideological-politicalelementsandinovative practice，andcariedontheinvestigationofreformpracticeandteachingresults.Theresultsshowedthat：aftertheteaching modereformofideological-politicalknowledgemoduleonhydrologyprinciples，thestudents‘loveforhydraulicenginering disciplineincreasedsignificantlytheprofessonalpracticalaplicationabilityandtheproportionofparticipatinginpractical competitionprojectsgreatlyicreased，andthehydraulicengineeringstudentsenthusiasmforleamingprofesionaltheortcal knowledge and carrying out innovative practical projects was significantly enhanced.
