Abstract： This paperaims toinvestigateandanalyze thecareer orientationofundergraduatestudents majoring inlawat ΔX （202 UniversityinGuizhouProvince，inordertounderstandthecharacteristicsandifluencingfactorsofcareeorientationamong colegestudentsinthenewera.Throughquestionnairesurveysanddataanalysis，itwasfoundthatundergraduatestudents majoring inlawinthenewerahavethecharacterisicsofrelativelysinglecareergoals，preferenceforcomfortablelivingareasin careerselectionareas，andselfcenteredcarerselectiontime.Moreover，theircareerorientationiscoselyrelatedtograde， gender，studentoriginandfamilyeconomy，reflectingthecontradictionbetweentheircareerselectionneedsandsocialeeds，as wellas thelackof targetedcarerplanningandemploymentguidance.Meanwhile，thispaperatemptstoproposesugestionsto address the above two issues.
