Abstract:Newliberalartsconsructionadvocatesopenessintersectionandintegrationofdiferentdisciplines,anddocates theestablishmentofinterdisciplinaryprofesionaldevelopmentmodewithmultiplesubjects.Withtheadventofmodern engineringeconomyandscienceandtechnology,engineringlawisanewinterdisciplinarysubject,whichischaracterized by"interdisciplinaryofliteratureandenginering"andstronglypromotestheinterdisciplinaryintegrationoflawandengineering. Thereareobviousdiferencesbetweenliberalartsthinkingandengineering thinking.Theformeremphasizeson "humanistic rationality"whilethelateratachesimporanceto"istrumentalrtionality"Thecultivationofengineeingthinkingodethe realizationofliteraryandtechnicalcomplementarityandtheperfectionofknowledgestructuresystemofengineringlawmajor studentsareconducivetoimprovingtheirabiltyofinsight,listeningandanalysisonengineringlawissuesandcreatinganew mode of training legal talents.
