Abstract：Newliberalartsconsructionadvocatesopenessintersectionandintegrationofdiferentdisciplines，anddocates theestablishmentofinterdisciplinaryprofesionaldevelopmentmodewithmultiplesubjects.Withtheadventofmodern engineringeconomyandscienceandtechnology，engineringlawisanewinterdisciplinarysubject，whichischaracterized by"interdisciplinaryofliteratureandenginering"andstronglypromotestheinterdisciplinaryintegrationoflawandengineering. Thereareobviousdiferencesbetweenliberalartsthinkingandengineering thinking.Theformeremphasizeson "humanistic rationality"whilethelateratachesimporanceto"istrumentalrtionality"Thecultivationofengineeingthinkingodethe realizationofliteraryandtechnicalcomplementarityandtheperfectionofknowledgestructuresystemofengineringlawmajor studentsareconducivetoimprovingtheirabiltyofinsight，listeningandanalysisonengineringlawissuesandcreatinganew mode of training legal talents.
