Abstract：Inthecurrentcontextof "massentrepreneurshipandinnovation"，variousuniverstiesattachgreatimportanceto thecultivationofinovativetalents;Withtheexpansionofoilandgasresourcesintotheocean，theirresourceshavebecomethe futureandhopeoftheoilandgasindustry.Themarineoilandgasengineringmajorisanewlyaprovednationalstrategic emergingindustybytheMinsryofEducationndruingthismajorwellisofgeatsignificance;Inaddion，theproosalof thestrategyofbecomingamaritiepowerhasputforwardhigherrequirementsforthecultivationofprofesionalsinmarineoil andgasengineering.Thisarticlefocusesontheshortcomingsinthecultivationofinnovativetalentsinthefieldofmarineoil andgasenginering，combinedwiththeneedsofstrategictalentsforbuildingastrongmarimecountry.Startingfromthe aspectsofideologicalandpoliticaleducationincourse，trainingplansandmodularcuriculumsystems，constructionoffistlass teachingstaff，andintegrationofspecialtyandinnovation.ThestudyexploreshowXi'anShiyouUniversity'sundergraduate programcanefectivelyenhancestudents‘innovationabilityundertheconditionsofenhancingtheirhumanisticliteracyand patriotism.Thestudypromotes thehigh-qualitydevelopmentof professionaleducationinmarineoil andgasenginering.
