Abstract:WithintheframeworkofChina’secological civilizationconstructionandGuizhou Province's"BigEcology"strategy implementation,theChishuiRiverBasin,recognizedasthenationalcoreproductionzoneforsauce-flavorbaijiu,haswited theresourceutilizationofbrewingsolidwastesemergingasapivotalelementinregionalsustainabledevelopment.Thisresearch focusesonthe"SolidWaste TreatmentandResource Utlization"courseofferedbythe Moutai Collge's Schoolof Resourcesand Environment.Addressngcriticallimitationsinconventionalteachingmethodlogies,incudinginsuficientindustryrelevane inadequatepracticalcomponents,andsimplisticevaluationapproaches,wehaveinnovativelydevelopedaneducationalreform frameworkcenteredon"idustryemandorentedologharacteristicintegatedprciples.Toughsstematiceveloptof acuriculumsystememphasizingbrewingwastetreatment,incorporatingspecializedmodulessuchasdistilers'grainsfeed conversionandcellrmudresourcerecovery;establishmentofuniversity-enterprisecolaborativeplatformsthroughjoint constructionoftrainingbaseswithMoutaiCircularEconomyIndustrialInvestmentCo.;implementationofamultidimensional assessmentsystemintegratingprocessevaluation,projectdefense,andecologicalbenefitanalysis.Theseinitiativeshaveachieved profoudintegrationbetweencuricularinstructionandlocalindustrialrequrementscoupledwitheologicalconservationstrategies. Pedagogicalpracticedemonstratesthatthisreformhassignificantlyenhancedstudents'engineringpracticalcapabiliesand inovativeconsciousness.Thestudyprovidesatransferableimplementationpathwayforcultivatingapplication-oriented environmentalprofesionalsatregionalhighereducationinstitutions,whileoferingsubstantialreferencevalueforanalogous curriculum reforms in comparable academic institutions.
