Abstract：Tomettheurgentdemandforinterdisciplinarytalentsinthefieldofcivilengineeringunderthebackgroundof newengineringeducation，thispaperdeplyanalyzesthelimitationsofthetraditionaltalentcultivationmodelforcivil engineringmajorsinthenewera.Thestudyproposesatalentcultivationmechanismforcivilengineeringmajorsbasedonthe deepintegrationofthe"collegesystem，mentorshipsystem，andcreditsystem."Thisapproachaims toconstructanew educationalsystemthatusesthecollgesystemasaplatformtofosteranopenandsharedlearningcommunity；employsthe mentorshipsystemasthecoretostrengthenpersonalizedguidanceandvalueleadership；andleveragesthecreditsystemasa drivertostimulateindependentleaming motivationandoptimizelearningpathways.Thepaperelaboratesonthetheoretical implications，mechanismdesignconcepts，andexpectedoutcomesofthe"threesystem"integration，withthehopeofproviding newperspectivesandpracticalreferencesforthereformandinnovationoftalentcultivationmodelsforcivilengineeringmajors under the framework of new engineering education.
