Abstract:Tomettheurgentdemandforinterdisciplinarytalentsinthefieldofcivilengineeringunderthebackgroundof newengineringeducation,thispaperdeplyanalyzesthelimitationsofthetraditionaltalentcultivationmodelforcivil engineringmajorsinthenewera.Thestudyproposesatalentcultivationmechanismforcivilengineeringmajorsbasedonthe deepintegrationofthe"collegesystem,mentorshipsystem,andcreditsystem."Thisapproachaims toconstructanew educationalsystemthatusesthecollgesystemasaplatformtofosteranopenandsharedlearningcommunity;employsthe mentorshipsystemasthecoretostrengthenpersonalizedguidanceandvalueleadership;andleveragesthecreditsystemasa drivertostimulateindependentleaming motivationandoptimizelearningpathways.Thepaperelaboratesonthetheoretical implications,mechanismdesignconcepts,andexpectedoutcomesofthe"threesystem"integration,withthehopeofproviding newperspectivesandpracticalreferencesforthereformandinnovationoftalentcultivationmodelsforcivilengineeringmajors under the framework of new engineering education.
