Abstract：Thecultivationmodeoftoptalentshasalwaysbenakeyaspectofhighereducation，andtherestillexiststhe problemofmismatchbetweentheleveloftheoreticalandpracticalteachingresources.TakingDayuColegeofHohaiUniversity asanexample，thispaperoptimizesthethrough-training modeoftoptalentsbyintroducingthepracticalteachingmodeof watershedscientificresearch，combiningthestrengtheningofbrandinnovation，enrichingtheformofexchange，linkingthe trainingof talents，andpromotingthecombinationofscientificresearchpracticeandinnovationtraining，andcarryingoutthe constructionandpracticeofthepracticalteachingsystem，theconstructionofteachingstaf，andscientificresearch.Thescientific researchactivitiesinthewatershedhaveefectivelyenhancedstudentsinteraldriveforscientificresearch，practicalabilitynd wayofthinkingandhavecarredoutpositiveexplorationstopromotethenewdevelopmentofthecultivationmodeoftop-notch talents，and formed a brand project of social practice that has the value of being replicable and popularized.
