Abstract:Thecultivationmodeoftoptalentshasalwaysbenakeyaspectofhighereducation,andtherestillexiststhe problemofmismatchbetweentheleveloftheoreticalandpracticalteachingresources.TakingDayuColegeofHohaiUniversity asanexample,thispaperoptimizesthethrough-training modeoftoptalentsbyintroducingthepracticalteachingmodeof watershedscientificresearch,combiningthestrengtheningofbrandinnovation,enrichingtheformofexchange,linkingthe trainingof talents,andpromotingthecombinationofscientificresearchpracticeandinnovationtraining,andcarryingoutthe constructionandpracticeofthepracticalteachingsystem,theconstructionofteachingstaf,andscientificresearch.Thescientific researchactivitiesinthewatershedhaveefectivelyenhancedstudentsinteraldriveforscientificresearch,practicalabilitynd wayofthinkingandhavecarredoutpositiveexplorationstopromotethenewdevelopmentofthecultivationmodeoftop-notch talents,and formed a brand project of social practice that has the value of being replicable and popularized.
