Abstract： Inresponse tothecurentissuesof fragmentedknowledge，a teaching reformandpracticeanchoredonemergency casedatabaseisexplored.Firstly，ateachingreformstrategycenteredonreal-lifecasestudiesisproposed.Subsequently，the standardizedcolectionprinciplesforemergencyincidentsareoutlinedandpresented.Basedonthem，ateachingcasedatabase containing52typicaleventsisestablished.Then，theSafetyandEmergencyLawsandRegulationscoursepracticeisconducted asanexample，inwhichthemethodsintegratingcase-basedteachingmethodswithprofessionalcoursesareexplored.Theresults canserveasareferenceandinspirationforemergencyeducationreformandcontributetotheimprovementofteachingquality. Finally，thepracticalexperienceandshortcomingsoftheteachingreformaresummarized.Andfurthersugestionsforcurculum improvements are provided.
