Abstract: Inresponse tothecurentissuesof fragmentedknowledge,a teaching reformandpracticeanchoredonemergency casedatabaseisexplored.Firstly,ateachingreformstrategycenteredonreal-lifecasestudiesisproposed.Subsequently,the standardizedcolectionprinciplesforemergencyincidentsareoutlinedandpresented.Basedonthem,ateachingcasedatabase containing52typicaleventsisestablished.Then,theSafetyandEmergencyLawsandRegulationscoursepracticeisconducted asanexample,inwhichthemethodsintegratingcase-basedteachingmethodswithprofessionalcoursesareexplored.Theresults canserveasareferenceandinspirationforemergencyeducationreformandcontributetotheimprovementofteachingquality. Finally,thepracticalexperienceandshortcomingsoftheteachingreformaresummarized.Andfurthersugestionsforcurculum improvements are provided.
