Abstract：Fortheapplicationofartficialintellgenceinthefieldofeducation，perfectinfrastructureisthepremise，and teachers'artifalinteligeeliteracyisgaraneeArtiicialintellgnliteacyiseyfoollgteacstodatt thedevelopmentrequirementsofeducationintheinteligentrawhichisreflectedintheeducationconceptandman-machine colaborationClgesanduniversitiessouldatachimpoancetotcultivationofeachrstifalintellgenceliteacyad givefullplaytothevalueofartfcialinteligencetechnologyineducationandteaching.Thispaperanalyzestheinfluenceof artficialinteligenceoncollegeteachersfromtheperspecieofhedevelopmntofartificialinteligencefocusesonthe connotationofartifcalinteligenceliteracyofcollgeteachers，anddisusssthecountermeasurestoimprovetheartificial inteligenceliteracyofcolegeteachersbasedonman-machinecollboration，aimingatenhancingtheappicationabilityof college teachers to artificial inteligence technologyand promoting the smooth realization of educational goals.
