小班化研讨对教学质量提升效果的实证研究

Abstract：Inthecontextoftherequirementforhigh-qualitydevelopmentinhighereducation，thisstudyexploresthffect ofsmall-classseminarteachingreformontheimprovementofteachingquality.Thecourseofmultinationalcorporation managementisasacase.Experimentalresearchmethod，comparativeresearchmethod，andstatisticalanalysismethodwere adopted.Studentswererandomlyasignedtoanexperimentalgroup（small-classseminar）andacontrolgroup（non-small-class seminar）.Thestudycomparedcoursecomprehensivescores，clasromperformancescores，andfinal examinationresultsbetween thetwogroups.Theresultsindicatedthattheexperimentalgroupsignificantlyoutperformedthecontrolgroupintemsofoveal courseevaluation，clasroomperformance，ndfinalexaminationscores，demonstratingthatsmall-classseminarteachingcan effectivelyenhanceteachingqualityThisconclusionprovidesempiricalevidenceandpracticalreferenceforteachingreformand course optimization in higher education.
