小班化研讨对教学质量提升效果的实证研究

Abstract:Inthecontextoftherequirementforhigh-qualitydevelopmentinhighereducation,thisstudyexploresthffect ofsmall-classseminarteachingreformontheimprovementofteachingquality.Thecourseofmultinationalcorporation managementisasacase.Experimentalresearchmethod,comparativeresearchmethod,andstatisticalanalysismethodwere adopted.Studentswererandomlyasignedtoanexperimentalgroup(small-classseminar)andacontrolgroup(non-small-class seminar).Thestudycomparedcoursecomprehensivescores,clasromperformancescores,andfinal examinationresultsbetween thetwogroups.Theresultsindicatedthattheexperimentalgroupsignificantlyoutperformedthecontrolgroupintemsofoveal courseevaluation,clasroomperformance,ndfinalexaminationscores,demonstratingthatsmall-classseminarteachingcan effectivelyenhanceteachingqualityThisconclusionprovidesempiricalevidenceandpracticalreferenceforteachingreformand course optimization in higher education.
