Abstract：According totheinsuficientculturaleducationefectiveness problemofideologicalandpoliticaleducationfor engineeringcourses，themechanicalfoundationcourseclusterwasemployedasanimplementationplatformandtheteaching reformapproachof"implantingaviationculturalgenes，forgingengineeringpracticecapablities，andinternalizingcorevalues"was proposed".Through"developingateachingcasedatabaseintegratedwithaviationcharacteristics，establishingaprogresive competency-basedpracticalteachingplatformandcultivatingateachingteamexcelinginbothprofesionalethicsandtechnical expertise"，deepintegrationofspeclizedknowledgeinstructionandideological-politicaleducationwasacheved.Byadotingan implementationapproachcharacterizedby"goalalignment，contentrestructuring，methodologicalinnovation，andevaluation refinement"，curiculum-basedideologicalandpoliticalteachingpracticeswascarriedout.Resultsindicatethatstudents' awarenessofengineeringethics，imnovativedesigncapabilties，andsenseofaviationpatrotismaresignificantlyenhanced.A replicableparadigmforintegratingindustspecificvaluesintoideologicalandpoliticaleducationinengineringdisciplinesis provided by research results.
