Abstract：Digitaltextbooksarethekeyelementsofthedigitaltransformationofeducation，andalsoareimportantcaiersof onlineandoflineblendedteaching.However，theconstructionofdigitaltextbooksincegesanduniversitesiselativelyweak. Thedevelopmentprocessofdigitaltextboosandthenecesityoftheconstructionofthemincollgesanduniversieswere analyzed，andtheadvantagesofteachingenvronment，digitaleachingresources，universitysudentsituationandteachersinthe constructionofcloudtextbookswerediscussed.Taking theconstructionofcloudteachingmaterialof ScientificPaperWriting Courseasanexample，thefeasibilityofcloudteachingmaterialforonlineandoflinemixedteachingwasanalyzed，andthefive processesofcloudteachingmaterialconstructionandimplementationefectsweredeeplyanalyzed.Theresearchandpractice showedtat：thecloudtextbookof ScientificPaperWriting Coursehadbroughtaboutgoodchangesinstudents，teachers，courses， majorsandsoon.Thefunctionandvalueofthecloudtextboo haveben expandedandutilized tothemaximum，whichhasa highvaluofpopularizationandaplication.Therefore，cloudtextbooksareofgreatsignificancetopromotetheconstructionof high-quality digital textbooks in universities.
