Abstract：Focusingon thecontradiction between thefrequentoccurrnce of safety hazardsassociatedwith China'srapid economicdevelopmentandpeople'sgrowingsafetyneeds，thispaperseeksametingpointforundergraduatetrainingofsafety disciplineinChinaUniversityofMiningandTechnologythatmetsthedevelopmentrequirementsofsafetytechnologyinthenew era.Basedonthevalueguidanceof"Chinesesoul，globalvision"and"industrydemand"，ithasformedtheundergraduate cultivationconceptof"stimulating（S）aeting（A）-function（F）edify（E）-rain（T）yea（Y）"andmakingmultiplefortsThe studyenrichesthecootationofsecurityundergraduatetrainingActivelythestudycariesouttheexplorationofdiereniated， personalizedandcustomizedundergraduatetraining methods，andformingagoodsituationof"onecoreandthreelevels" undergraduate trainingqualityimprovementwiththecomprehensivequalityofundergraduatesasthedevelopmentcoreandthe integrationofteaching，scientificresearchandompetition.Startingfromthefouraspectsofideologicalandpolticaleduction conditionguarantee，colaborationbetweensubjectsandclients，ndabilitytrainingwewillimprovethestrictqualitymanageent mechanisminthewoletrainingprocessoptimizethe"five-in-one"undergraduatecomprehensiveevaluationsystem，andenhance the radiation effect of excellent quality of scientific research teams and the level of education.
